The ads that sold it

Videos sold it.
Statics started it.

Static ads opened the account: quick to make, quick to learn from. Then Instagram video ads took over, and they've carried the sales since. Eight of the winners, playing right here. Tap one for sound.

Month zero · January

Ads came last.

Here's the part nobody posts about. January had zero ads: just the maths, the checkout and the tracking. Ads can scale a profitable store. They can't create one.

01 · Product costs

Cost before copy.

Every rupee inside every pair, counted before anyone wrote a headline. You can't sell at a profit you never calculated.

02 · Shipping

Catch the silent killer.

Shipping worked out per order, before launch. Delivery is where good margins go to die quietly. Not this one.

03 · Pricing

Priced to scale, not to copy.

Built up from real costs, not borrowed from the brand next door. A price that only works on a small budget isn't a price. It's a hope.

04 · Payment gateway

Money in, no drama.

Live and tested before launch day, not during it. Nothing kills a hot ad faster than a payment that fails at the last tap.

05 · Checkout

The screen that carried ₹1.01 Cr.

The last step before the money, set up in January. It went on to carry ₹1.01 Cr of the ₹1.2 Cr that followed.

06 · CAPI tracking

Feed Meta the truth.

Full Conversions API setup, so the algorithm learned from real purchases, not guesses. Bad data trains bad ads. We didn't give it any.

Claude did the heavy lifting on design and code. Experience decided where it went.

Then the ads

Think. Plan. Test.
Learn. Think.

The same loop every month, and a bigger budget every time the loop paid for itself.

Month 1

Test everything

Every format. Every angle. We found the real cost per result, got Meta through its learning phase, and banked the first orders.

₹1,500 a day
Month 2

Carry it forward

What month one taught us went straight into new ads and new messaging. Still testing. Cost per purchase kept dropping.

Month 3

The bench

A lot of dead ads later, a bench of winners. ₹8L in a month, at 6× ROAS.

Months 4 to 8

Scale

Five months of scaling the winners, mostly Instagram video ads, and testing the next ones. The best month did ₹40L in gross sales.

Still in the loop

₹18,000 a day and still climbing. The loop never ends. It just gets more expensive to stop.

₹18,000 a day

Testing. Burning. Testing. Burning. Testing. Earning.

That's the whole strategy. Most brands quit at the second "burning". K9 Kicks didn't.

The proof

Receipts.
Both sets.

Ads Manager can be generous with credit, so the store's own count sits right next to it. Sensitive lines are blurred. The totals aren't. 26 January to 16 October 2026.

For the next founder

What this one
proved

K9 Kicks didn't find one magic ad. It built a store that made money first, then ran the loop until the numbers had no choice. ₹1,500 a day found the answers. ₹18,000 a day is just us listening.
